No Return Policy
All sales at LIV4 are FINAL. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
We operate a strict no-return policy to protect the integrity of our products and our business. Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase.

Ordering errors, including choosing the wrong style, size, or color.

The product does not meet personal expectations.

Delays in delivery caused by the courier service.

Minor color variations from the screen display (this is normal due to device settings and professional photography lighting).
Note: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, redirected, or returned.
1. No Refund Policy
LIV4 does not offer monetary refunds on any order, whether retail or wholesale. This strictly includes:

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders once payment has been made at the time of delivery.

Orders where delivery was refused without a valid reason (Return-to-Origin / RTO).

Orders where the parcel was accepted and opened by the customer.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product images, descriptions, dimensions, and material details carefully before placing an order. To assist you, we can provide a customized video of the product for your satisfaction; simply request it via our Instagram page before placing your order.
2. Parcel Integrity — Do Not Open Before Payment
IMPORTANT: Do NOT open or break the seal of your parcel before making the full payment at the time of delivery. Opening the parcel before payment completely voids any claim you may have.
Due to a growing number of incidents involving product substitution and item swapping—both by customers and, in rare cases, by courier riders—LIV4 strictly enforces the following security protocols on all deliveries:

You must NOT open, unseal, or inspect the contents of the parcel before paying the delivery rider.

All parcels are sealed, photographed, and documented before dispatch. The product inside is fully verified before packaging.

Any claim of receiving an incorrect, damaged, or empty parcel after the seal has been broken will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Any attempt to return a parcel containing substituted, different, or tampered items will be treated as fraud and will be reported immediately to the relevant courier company and legal authorities.
We strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video the moment your parcel arrives, with the courier seal fully visible and intact at the very start of the video. This completely protects you in the unlikely event of a genuine courier-side issue.
