Please note: We do not offer refunds. All sales at LIV4 are final. Because our items are offered at special sale pricing, we operate on an exchange-only basis.

We do not accept exchanges for a change of mind. Kindly double-check your order details carefully before placing it.

At LIV4, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service. We are happy to facilitate exchanges under the specific conditions outlined below.

 Eligibility for Exchange

All products purchased from LIV4 can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date if they meet any of the following criteria:

  • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The item is the wrong size.

  • The item received is incorrect.

 Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged by the customer.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are strictly limited to instances where LIV4 has sent a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

Mandatory Video Proof Required

To process any exchange for damaged, wrong, or defective items, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel for the very first time. This unboxing video is mandatory to verify the condition of the product upon delivery. Exchanges will absolutely not be accepted without this video proof.

        The Exchange Process

  1. Record the Unboxing: When your parcel arrives, immediately record a clear, continuous video of yourself opening the package for the first time. Ensure the condition of the item is clearly visible.

  2. Submit Your Request: Share the unboxing video with the LIV4 customer service team along with your order details. Our team will review the footage and guide you through the next steps.

  3. Pack and Seal: Once your exchange is approved, pack the product back into its original condition. You must record a quick video of yourself sealing the parcel before shipping it back to us.

  4. Finalization: Your exchange will be processed and finalized once we receive and inspect the returned item.
